Bio

Melissa Fiorini, M.D., FACP is a critical care and emergency medicine physician at St. Peter’s Health Partners (SPHP). She currently serves as the director of the healthcare system’s monoclonal antibody infusion clinic for COVID-19. Dr. Fiorini has been a member of SPHP since 2012, practicing in all areas of acute care medicine from the ICU and emergency room to urgent care. Initially focusing on sepsis, she now works to secure safe protocols for her patients and co-workers as part of the COVID-19 response. As director of the monoclonal antibody infusion clinic for COVID-19, the first clinic of its kind in the region, Dr Fiorini has overseen the treatment of 5000 Covid 19 patients in the two years since its inception. Attached is the Grand Rounds that I gave Spring 2021 describing development and function of a MAB clinic. In May 2022 I will present Mab clinic 2.0, Delta and Omicron.
