As director of our Emergency Department, I am proud to nominate Dr. Fromknecht for this award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to our hospital and the patients we serve. Dr. Fromknecht has made a profound impact on our institution through exceptional clinical leadership, unwavering dedication to patient-centered care, and a commitment to continuous improvement in emergency medicine. Dr. Fromknecht is consistently going above and beyond to ensure that every patient is treated with compassion, dignity and respect- often taking extra time to listen, comfort, and advocate for those in her care. Her influence has improved satisfaction scores, enhanced communication, and strengthened the overall quality of care we deliver.
