Board Nominations Active members of New York ACEP who meet the criteria and are interested in serving on the Board of Directors are encouraged to submit their nominations to the 2026 Nominating Committee for consideration as the Committee develops the slate of candidates.
Four directors will be elected by the membership through a proxy distributed at least 30 days prior to the annual membership meeting. The annual membership meeting will be held Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at the Sagamore Resort on Lake George.

Interested candidates should review the Criteria for New York ACEP Board Nomination, Board Member Duties & Responsibilities and send a completed nomination form along with a copy of their CV to New York ACEP by April 8, 2026. Self nomination and nominations of colleagues are accepted. Please review the policies and nomination form below.
Successful nominees will be notified by May 15, 2026. Board candidates are required to submit background information on their professional career, a photograph and answer questions posed to all board candidates. Candidates will have approximately two weeks to submit material.
