Board Nominations Active members of New York ACEP who meet the criteria and are interested in serving on the Board of Directors are encouraged to submit their nominations to the 2025 Nominating Committee for consideration as the Committee develops the slate of candidates.
Two directors will be elected by the membership through a proxy distributed at least 30 days prior to the annual membership meeting. The annual membership meeting will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at the Sagamore Resort on Lake George.

Self nomination and nominations of colleagues are accepted. Please review the policies and nomination form below.
Successful nominees will be notified by May 9, 2025. Board candidates are required to submit background information on their professional career, a photograph and answer questions posed to all board candidates. Candidates will have approximately two weeks to submit material.
